Inside the Foilora Factory — Hot Stamping Foil Production in Yiwu
The Foilora plant in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China runs 14 production lines across a 20,000 m² plant with 126 employees. Printing, coating, slitting and rolling happen under one roof, and in-house research and quality teams develop patterns and check finished film before it leaves for your line.

Fourteen production lines under one roof: plant and equipment
Printing machines, coating machines, slitting machines and rolling machines carry a film from base roll to finished roll inside the plant. The 14 production lines run across the 20,000 m² plant, and an in-house testing laboratory with inspection equipment supports the quality team.
Storage decides how a film performs months after delivery. Keep rolls in a ventilated, shaded, cool place, protected from pressure, dampness, heat and direct sunshine, and keep each roll in its wrapping until it reaches the machine.

Heat transfer and hot stamping share one principle: heat and pressure persuade a prepared film to give up its decorative layer to the substrate beneath it. The film carries the pattern; the substrate keeps it. Everything in this catalogue is a variation on that exchange, tuned by substrate, pattern and finish.
